User Agreement

This agreement sets the terms for the commercial relationship between Inor Fresh™ and the B2B user.

Inor Fresh™ User Agreement (B2B Commercial)

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the comprehensive commercial relationship between
ACQACORAL DELICACIES PRIVATE LIMITED, operating as Inor Fresh™ (“We,” “Us,” “Our”), and the
business entity or individual acting on behalf of a business (“User,” “Buyer,” “You”) utilizing our
platform and services at www.inorfresh.com.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

By registering an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by all of the above documents,
which together constitute the entire agreement between you and Inor Fresh™.

B2B Intent and Warranty

Commercial Purpose: You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Website and purchase of Products are solely for business, commercial, or institutional purposes and not for personal or family consumption.
Compliance: You warrant that you possess all necessary licenses, permits, and regulatory clearances required for the lawful acquisition, handling, and resale/use of the Products purchased from Inor Fresh™.

User Obligations

Lawful Use: Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by any third party.
Indemnification: Indemnify and hold harmless Inor Fresh™ from any losses, liabilities, costs, or damages arising out of your breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to claims related to your use, resale, or handling of the Products.
Communication: Consent to receive commercial and transactional communications from Inor Fresh™ via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone, regarding your account, orders, and promotional offers.

Pricing and Credit Terms

Price Finality: Prices displayed on the Website are indicative. The final, binding price is the price stated on the invoice issued by Inor Fresh™ upon order confirmation.
Credit Facility (If Applicable): If Inor Fresh™ extends a credit facility, such extension is subject to separate written agreements and our assessment of your creditworthiness. We reserve the right to modify or revoke any credit terms at any time.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any obligation under this
Agreement (except for payment obligations) if the delay or failure is due to unforeseeable events
beyond the reasonable control of the party, including, but not limited to, acts of God, extreme
weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, transportation failures, or natural disasters.

Termination of Agreement

By User: You may terminate this Agreement by formally closing your account and ceasing all use of the Website.
By Inor Fresh™: We may terminate this Agreement immediately without prior notice if you breach any term of this Agreement or any incorporated policy, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
Survival: Sections concerning IPR, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Survival shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
