Inor Fresh™ Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the delivery standards, logistics protocols, and responsibilities for the shipment
of Products ordered from www.inorfresh.com.
Delivery Coverage and Schedule
- Service Area: Delivery services are restricted to specific, pre-determined geographical areas within [Mention Your Primary Service Cities/Regions – e.g., Mumbai and Pune Metropolitan Areas]. Delivery is not offered outside of India.
- Delivery Windows: Orders are fulfilled according to predefined daily/weekly delivery schedules. The confirmed delivery date and time window will be communicated upon order acceptance.
- Minimum Order Value (MOV): Delivery is subject to meeting the current Minimum Order Value for your service region, as specified on the Website.
Logistics and Cold Chain Protocol
- Packaging: All Products, especially perishable goods, are packaged with industry-standard cold chain materials (e.g., insulated boxes, gel packs, dry ice) to maintain the required temperature until delivery.
- Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred from Inor Fresh™ to the Buyer at the time of delivery hand-off at the designated delivery location.
- Buyer Responsibility: The Buyer is responsible for ensuring immediate and appropriate cold storage for the Products upon taking delivery to maintain quality.
Delivery Confirmation and Acceptance
- Recipient: Delivery must be accepted by the Buyer or an authorized representative of the Buyer’s business, who must be capable of inspecting the goods.
- Proof of Delivery (POD): The recipient must sign a Proof of Delivery (POD) document or digital device to confirm successful and complete receipt of the Products. This signature confirms that the Products were received in a suitable condition, except for concealed damages not visible externally.
- Delivery Issues: If the Buyer or their representative is unavailable during the confirmed delivery window, the delivery person will attempt to contact the Buyer. If the delivery cannot be completed, the Products will be returned to our facility. Re-delivery may be subject to a fresh delivery charge and potential quality risk, for which Inor Fresh™ will not be liable.
Delivery Charges
- Calculation: Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value, size, weight, and delivery location. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout and on the final invoice.
- Free Shipping: Orders exceeding a certain value may qualify for free shipping, as advertised on the Website.
